Tim was co-founder, executive vice president and COO of Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Clear Channel Worldwide. Under Tim’s guidance, Premiere grew from a small entrepreneurial production company, went public, was sold to Jacor communications for $200 million in 1997, and developed into America’s number one radio network with annual revenues in excess of $330 million. Premiere syndicates more than 70 radio programs and services to more than 7,800 radio affiliations reaching over 180 million listeners weekly. Premiere Radio features personalities like Rush Limbaugh, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, Casey Kasem, Matt Drudge and others. While managing Premiere, Tim’s duties included daily operation of all network facilities, overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, inventing and adopting new technology delivery platforms, and creating new programming, while managing the existing stable of Premiere talent.
