Michael Reagan Chairman
Michael Reagan, the eldest son of Ronald Reagan, is heard daily by over 5 million listeners via his nationally syndicated talk radio program, “The Michael Reagan Show.” The show airs on over 200 stations in the U.S. and for the world at www.radioamerica.com. Michael’s radio career began with an appearance as a guest host on Michael Jackson’s program from KABC in Los Angeles. He was then host of a top-rated local radio program on San Diego’s KSDO before launching his national program in 1992. He has raised more than $1.5 million for charities like the United States Olympic Team, Cystic Fibrosis and Juvenile Diabetes Foundations and the Statue of Liberty Restoration Fund. Michael also serves on the board for The John Douglas French Alzheimer's Foundation and has authored many successful books including his best-selling autobiography, "On the Outside Looking In," and "The Common Sense of An Uncommon Man: The Wit, Wisdom and Eternal Optimism of Ronald Reagan." His latest book "Twice Adopted" is based on his personal story. He and his wife, Colleen, have two children and reside in Sherman Oaks, California. |

Floyd Brown President
Floyd Brown is a writer, speaker, and business owner.

He is president of Excellentia Inc., a consulting company specializing in non-profit organizational strategy, development and the marketing of ideas.
He is a syndicated columnist with Cagle Cartoons, and his articles have appeared in countless publications including the San Francisco Chronicle, the Washington Times, National Review and Human Events.
Brown as a media commentator, he has appeared on many network and cable TV shows including the CBS Evening News, ABC's Primetime, NBC's Today Show, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC and more. Since 1995, he has worked as a talk show host on Seattle's Talk radio KVI 570 AM.
As a speaker, he has traveled coast to coast speaking at many universities and conferences including Dartmouth, University of Pennsylvania, Notre Dame, University of Miami and the California Polytechnic University (Cal-Poly).

Tim Kelly was Co-founder, Executive Vice President and COO of Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Clear Channel Worldwide. Under Tim’s guidance Premiere grew from a small entreprenureal production company, went public, was sold to Jacor communications for $200 million in 1997, and developed into Americas number 1 radio network with Annual revenues in excess of $330 million. Premiere syndicates more than 70 radio programs and services to more than 7,800 radio affiliations reaching over 180 million listeners weekly. Premiere Radio features personalities like: Rush Limbaugh, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, Casey Kasem, Matt Drudge and others. While managing Premiere, Kelly’s duties included daily operation of all network facilities, overseeing corporate mergers and aquisitions, inventing and adopting new technology delivery platforms, and creating new programming, while managing the existing stable of Premiere talent. |

Jim Lacy Treasurer
James V. Lacy is co-founder and managing partner of Wewer & Lacy, LLP. Mr. Lacy has over 25 years of experience as a manager and director of nonprofit organizations. He also assists public policy organizations and trade associations in obtaining the full range of nonprofit benefits for their organizations. Previously, Mr. Lacy served as Chief Counsel for Technology at the U.S. Department of Commerce from 1989-91.
In 1978, Mr. Lacy was a co-founding director of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, with California’s Proposition 13 author, the late Howard Jarvis, which has grown to have the largest membership of any taxpayer organization in California. Since 1975, Mr. Lacy has served on the Board of Directors of numerous nonprofit organizations, including the Ocean Institute, the American Conservative Union, and Young America’s Foundation, a charitable educational organization, which now owns and maintains former President Ronald Reagan’s “Western White House,” Rancho del Cielo, in Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Lacy was instrumental in opening the negotiations which resulted in the Foundation’s acquisition of the Western White House, which is being preserved for its historical value for future generations.
